MVC in Newberry, S. C. is now running a 2,200-ton injection mold press. It enables the company to produce the largest decorative parts – like truck grills, grill surrounds and roof racks – with greater quality control and efficiency.

"This is a game changer for our business," said Linda Torakis, president and majority owner of MVC. "We are now able to manufacture almost any decorative part imaginable and provide the exceptional quality our customers have come to expect."

The press is 48 feet long and weighs more than 300,000 pounds. It's so large it took seven trucks to deliver it to the MVC facility in Newberry.
