Injection Molding Machines

Chrome Plating
Trivalent Chrome
MVC is one of just a few companies producing parts using Trivalent Chrome or Trivalent chromium plating (tri-chrome). This process allows us to offer a variety of styles and colors including “chromed black” or “dark chrome.”
Chrome Plating on Plastic Surfaces (POP)
- Tanks are designed to accommodate many types of products, from small decorative trim parts to full-size truck grilles
- Auxiliary anode capability supports plating of deeply recessed product designs
- Plating line can accommodate Bright, Satin and Trivalent Chrome, with auxiliary anodes
- Features high performance chemical filtration systems to ensure process stability

Painting – Overhead Line
- High volume robotic paint system
- Incorporates 5-stage pre-wash system
- Utilizes prime / base / clear exterior paint system to achieve visual and performance requirements

- Employs on-line masking system for secondary color application when specified
